Oh the ever helpful....sorry, completely useless, NPC tutorial spewers. Pokemon is nice in that most of the "tips" are hidden on signs you don't have to read and NPC's you don't have to interact with, But this particular hiker just can't keep his mouth shut and feels he MUST stop you and tell you this vital information. And his dialogue is in quotes because this is exactly what he says, and all it serves is making me wish Gamefreak would add another option to the character creation scree.
